Curd

The protein content in curd can vary depending on the type of milk used and the preparation method. For example, cow's milk and buffalo milk. Cow's milk has a higher protein content than buffalo milk. Buffalo milk is creamier and has a richer taste. On average, plain curd (yogurt) contains around 10g of protein per 100g.
